Allianz

As an insurance company, Allianz supports people by safeguarding them and assuming their risks. Because we believe it is better to go through life with courage. What we mean principally is day-to-day courage, the new job, the spontaneous trip, the decision to start a family – or not to. And if something goes wrong, we are the ideal partner to provide security in the various spheres of life. As the leading motor vehicle insurer, we also greatly value innovative mobility solutions. By partnering eDays Zurich, we aim to support technical progress, to position our commitment to climate protection as well as to drive the future of mobility forward. Because courage means believing in innovation.

FIA Smart Cities

Cities around the world are currently rethinking their urban policies, with a focus on sustainability and mobility plays a central role in this process. On the path to reaching sustainable development targets, transport authorities seek innovative solutions to meet a growing mobility demand and tackle existing urban mobility issues: pollution, congestion and road safety hazards are some of the problems cities face in the process of rapid urbanization. Zürich Tourism

Green and Clean: Conventions and Events in Zurich

Zurich is the most sustainable city in the world, according to the Sustainable Cities Index, and it’s on its way to becoming a 2,000-watt society, something 76.4 percent of the population supports. Two thousand watts per person: that is the maximum our planet will allow in the long term, according to calculations by ETH Zurich, the flagship among continental European universities. The solution is cleantech. Researchers in Zurich are driving forward technological progress in the race against climate change – from sustainable mobility to energy-efficient buildings, renewable energies to the circular economy. Every tenth job in Zurich is now provided by the cleantech cluster. The wealth of expert knowledge and momentum within the cleantech cluster are arguments in favor of Zurich as a congress location.

From the initial bidding process right through to the implementation: The department Convention Bureau of Zürich Tourism is pleased to help you organize your event in Zurich. The professional services offered by the Convention Bureau are completely free of charge.
